Quotations are valid for the quoted period of time as stated in the quotation. The quotation is subject to change if there is no time frame specified, depending on changes in the material price, availability, specifications, taxes, logistics or other factors.
A quotation is not a contract for sale, and therefore does not imply acceptance of an order.
Confirmation shall only be deemed to have occurred when the applicable specifications and business terms have been agreed, and any advance payment or any other form of confirmation has been made.
Production may not start until after:
1. Final specification is agreed;
2. Artwork/design is approved;
3. Requirements for quantity and delivery are confirmed;
4. Payment or advance is received which is applicable; and
5. Other documentation/approvalis completed.
After production begins, it may not be possible to change, cancel or modify, or incur extra charges for a change.
Customers are responsible for making sure that artwork, logo, photographs, text, and designs, trademarks, brand guidelines, and other materials needed for production are accurate and usable.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all the rights, permissions, licences and authorisations required to use and reproduce the materials supplied by Anurag Enterprises are available.

Anurag Enterprises shall not be liable for any errors in customer supplied material and/or artwork approved by the customer.
If appropriate, a digital proof, sample, mock-up or physical sample will be provided prior to production.
The proof needs to be reviewed, reviewed and approved carefully by the customer before production.
Upon approval of the proof the Customer will be held responsible for the approved content and layout, spelling, colours, positioning, and visible elements.
Some colour differences between computer screen, digital proof, sample and final printed product are possible because of variations in display technology, printing processes, print substrates, inks and finishing processes.
For a customer who must receive exact colour matching, further specification, physical reference or colour standards may be necessary and need to be discussed and agreed prior to production.
The products/services that Anurag Enterprises provide are custom tailored to the needs of the client.
Branded stationery, printed clothing, corporate gifts, packaging, promotional products, signage, marketing and other personalized products are just some examples of customized products.
These products are specially manufactured for one individual customer and may not be resold or returned.
As such, the return or refund of customized or made-to-order products will be limited to situations of a verified manufacturing defect, substantial production error, or incorrect supply caused by a manufacturing error of Anurag Enterprises, and will not be granted in any other case.
Prices are subject to change as per quantity, specification, materials, customization, printing type, finishing, packaging, delivery location, urgency and other requirements.
Where not otherwise indicated, prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, delivery charge, transportation charge, installation charge or any other costs.
All taxes to be levied in accordance with the laws in force.
Customer may ask to change order specification after quotation or confirmation, which may lead to change of final price.
11. Payment Terms
The payment terms will be passed on to the customer in the quotation and order confirmation process.
Anurag Enterprises may need:
Full advance payment;
Partial advance payment;
Payment before production;
In advance payment; or
Credit Terms Separately Approved.
Orders will not be sent out until all outstanding amounts are paid.
In the event of failure of the customer to make the payment within the specified time then Anurag Enterprises reserves the right to suspend the production, refuse to deliver, cancel the order, or take any other commercially reasonable steps.
The customer may be responsible for any bank or transaction charges, or other payment charges, as appropriate.
We strive to fulfill and deliver orders on time as specified with the customer.
The delivery or production dates of products and/or services may be estimated based on:
Artwork approval
Material availability
Order quantity
Product customization
Production requirements
Customer responses
Payment confirmation
Couriers, transportation services
Delivery location
Public holidays
Force majeure events
Third-party supplier availability
So a stated delivery date should be assumed as an estimate unless there is a specific written commitment.
Anurag Enterprises shall not be liable for any delay due to any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
The products should be checked immediately after delivery.
In case an order is received damaged, defective, incomplete, materially different with the confirmed order specifications, the customer should inform Anurag Enterprises immediately and send relevant photographs, videos, packaging details, order invoice and other documents as requested.
Claims may be reviewed and verified prior to the provision of a replacement, correction and/or reprint, refund or remedy.
As many of our products are customized or produced specifically for single customers, returns and refunds are usually not accepted for change of mind, wrong order or customer approved artwork or for unused customized products.
If it is established that there is a manufacturing defect or that an error has been made as a result of the work of the Anurag Enterprises, we reserve the right to do so at our discretion and after verification:
Replace the product that is affected;
Copy the text that is affected;
Correct the issue;
Offer an alternate mutually agreed solution; or
Make a suitable refund, if necessary.
Refunds, as approved, will be issued in a timely manner and by a suitable payment method.
Customers can cancel or alter an order prior to manufacture.
Requesting cancellation or change of an order is subject to the status of the order.
It may be possible to cancel if production, procurement, customisation, printing or other activities have not begun. The customer may also be liable for any costs incurred prior to the contract.
All cancellation/modification shall be communicated promptly and the same shall take effect once confirmed by Anurag Enterprises.
Unless otherwise stated, all of the intellectual property presented on this site text, graphics, photographs, logos, layouts, designs, icons, branding elements, written content, and other content is the property of Anurag Enterprises or its intellectual property and content laziers.
